As a reminder, all credit and debit card transactions include a 2.75% transaction fee.

-Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy.

-We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

-For groups, packages, and services of 2 or more we require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

-Failure to provide 24/48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

-Failure to show for an appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

-White Orchid Day Spa does not provide a refund on services or products for change of mind.
